Abstract


Litigation efficiency is low , resulting in a series of negative effects. To improve the efficiency of proceedings , judicial economy , the world all have their own national conditions to explore and build a criminal case quick judicial process. Countries in the world to build a criminal case for their own national conditions and speed of cutting programs are facing the same problem, namely how to achieve unity between fairness and efficiency . Guilty plea cases proceedings found for countries to achieve the appearance of fairness and efficiency of litigation uniform way . Therefore, all countries in improving the country's guilty plea case proceedings. Practice has proved that the defendant pleaded guilty to the establishment of proceedings in cases of judicial economy , improve the efficiency of the proceedings , to achieve the unity of action of justice and efficiency , has an important role . Our Common Proceeding is our guilty plea case proceedings , in essence, still belongs to the ordinary procedure , but the case against the defendant pleads guilty , simplified procedures for ordinary trial . This shows that China 's guilty plea cases proceedings does not yet have the status of an independent procedure , legislation and related measures is not yet perfect , but also not really play its proper value. Therefore, we need to our guilty plea cases proceeding to build in order to achieve the efficiency of Justice and the unity of action .
