Abstract


With the deepening of China 's reform and opening up as well as the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economic system , people continue to strengthen the legal concept of lawyers to uphold the law and reunification, and safeguarding social stability , since our lawyer system recovery , make a positive contributions. The legal profession has gained considerable development , but due to all sorts of reasons , time of rapid growth in the legal profession , the professional ethics of lawyers actually was decline . Money worship , business tendency rampant trend in the lawyers . This makes the state and society to the high demands of professional ethics and the reality of some lawyers low quality of professional ethics prominent contradictions . Problems for China's socialist market economy under the conditions of professional ethics , from the lawyer 's own subjective reasons and objective factors to be analyzed and studied , and learn from outstanding theoretical achievements of the Chinese and foreign lawyers 'professional ethics , proposes to strengthen the lawyers' professional ethics ways to improve the level of lawyers' professional ethics . The paper is divided into three parts: the first part , an overview of professional ethics . Start from the basic connotation of lawyers' professional ethics , legal ethics definition, content and features analysis, further pointed out that the function of lawyers' professional ethics as well as to strengthen the construction of lawyers' professional ethics in the establishment and improvement of China's socialist harmonious society , the socialist concept of honor implement the healthy development of socialist market economy , the significance of social equity and justice . The second part of the lawyers' professional ethics in China Problems and reason . First mainly cited the absence of lawyers 'professional ethics , and then from the defects from the legal profession 's own moral self-cultivation , social environment , legal system construction set forth the reasons for the weakening of our lawyers' professional ethics . The third part of the proposed ways and means to solve the problem of lawyers' professional ethics . Analysis according to the State Attorney's laws and regulations on legal ethics norms combined with the concrete practice of working as a solicitor summed up the socialist market economy under the conditions of specific measures to strengthen lawyers' professional ethics , to identify the construction of lawyers' professional lawyers' professional ethics problems and reasons moral fundamental way .
