Abstract


Lawyer is both a product of democracy , but also a product of social economy , while the modern state lawyer system is an important part of the legal system , lawyers realization of the right of a country's rule of law has a very important impact. The healthy development of the lawyer system , the full realization of the right to counsel on the protection of justice , protection of human rights has an irreplaceable role , the lawyer for a country to achieve the rule of law controlling function also has a very important role. Therefore, the development of legal profession is often a state of law and a sound legal system an important symbol. Chinese lawyer system was restored after the legal profession has been greatly developed , expanding the ranks of lawyers , lawyers quality is also rising, lawyers institutional and social environment has been greatly improved. However, due to the development of our legal system and the relatively short history of China's political , economic and other factors, our lawyers today in the rapid development of the industry , there are still many problems. The author focuses through elaborate analysis of Chinese law firms current situation and existing problems , as well as lawyers for the protection of justice , protection of human rights and the promotion of the rule of law and other aspects of the role of lawyers for the rule of law in the construction of major impact , in order to arouse the community of lawyers industry, so that work together to improve our lawyer practicing environment for our legal sustained and healthy development of China's legal system so as to make greater contributions due .
