Abstract


Overall globalization trend caused by economic globalization developed fastly in 90’s in 20 centuries, this kind of actuality requested that the people should consider the prospect and destiny of the state under globalization background. As the more development of Chinese market economy, economic structure and social structure took place the huge variety, and the political structure was also in adjusting. Faced up to overall, root, strategic theories and realistic problem in Chinese politics, the innovation becomes the first problem in 21 centuries. Then the political civilization, operating from a strategically advantageous position, explaining the direction of the Chinese political development from a kind of new angle. The Chinese political civilization construction of contemporary puts forward under the background of the globalization, therefore, it is an inevitable contact with the globalization. This article is in the analytical foundation of globalization and political civilization concepts and relativity, analyzed the positive and passive effects of globalization objectively to the contemporary Chinese political civilization construction , and made the beneficial quest from the theories to the target choices and path choices of Chinese civilization construct in globalization age. At last, the article further pointed out a few important problems in this process.The article is composed by the preface, text, conclusion, the text is divided into five parts totally:The first part mostly analyzed the concept of the globalization and political civilization. First, the article commences from the economic globalization, analyzed a few genres about the contemporary west and China and the concept of the globalization, thinks that the globalization is not the single globalization, but overall globalization that involves the economy, politics, cultural...etc.; It is that the contemporary mankind’s social activities crossed over the boundaries of nations and regions, and emerged objective history progress and trend of all-directions communication, contact, affection mutually within the scope of global; It will continue to develop in the future. Second, the article points out that the political civilization includes the political corpus civilization, political consciousness civilization, political system civilization and political behavior civilization from each scholar’s analysis to the concept of the political civilization; It has the rank, development, democracy and complexity; It’s not only a developing history progress, but also the total of political accomplishment of reformed society by people; At last, analyzed the globalizationmeaning of the political civilization and the political civilization meaning of the globalization.The second part mostly analyzed the opportunities and challenges of Chinese political civilization construction under globalization. There are three opportunities: The globalization provided strong substance foundation and exterior impetus to the contemporary Chinese political civilization construction; It promoted the political consciousness of the political civilization corpus; It was advantageous to promote the Chinese political democratization and legalization. There are also three main challenges: The globalization accelerated the polarization of social structure and benefit structure, affecting the political and social stability; The negative influence is brought by the west ideology, concept of value and power culture; The influence is brought by the relative weakness of the national sovereignty. Finally the article analyzed the necessity and significance of the Chinese political civilization development of globalization era.The third part mostly analyzed the target choices of the Chinese political civilization construction of globalization era. The article thinks that it is an initial premise to grasp opportunities and design reasonable targets of Chinese political civilization construction in the globalization era.
