Abstract


The securities company is the main body of China's investment banking system , its main business is engaged in the underwriting of securities issuance and secondary market trading business . Has to improve the investment banking and mergers and acquisitions , investment banking as its core business has not yet formed , unable to meet the objective needs of growing businesses in China M \u0026 A market , China 's securities companies can not meet the need to seek profits and business breakthroughs . This paper first introduces the mergers and acquisitions theory, combined with the theory and mergers and acquisitions analyzed the current situation reveals the main obstacles to mergers and acquisitions of Chinese enterprises . Western investment banks an important role in the process of corporate mergers and acquisitions transactions and our investment banking and then elaborated the status quo involved in the mergers and acquisitions where the problem lies . Based on the above analysis illustrates the necessity and the qualifications of our investment banking M \u0026 A business development , and put forward corresponding countermeasures . Finally, the use of case studies, the specific effects of mergers and acquisitions services and the role of investment banks in China .
