Abstract


In these is, The author will recount the engineering construction investment control about"The city of building materials around Bo hai" . We can do work better from the following five stages: invest estimate, design, invite bids, complete and check before acceptance.The Investment control during engineer project work on stage is premise of Control construction project invest. After proprietor has invest intention and make rough invest estimate, he should choose several different programs to carry on the discussion of comparative and feasibility, then choose the best one to control the estimate error close to 30%.The investment control of design program mainly includes practicing engineer’ s design, inviting bids, choosing program and choosing the standard norm of sample’s excellent design. The rough estimate of invest’ s error should be controlled under 10%.Four missions especially should be done better in working on stage’ s invest control. That is, project management, invite bids, contract management, and working on management. So that the supervisor’ s action can be fully developed, and make investigation, schedule, quality control can be unified.Estimation and visa claim are the mainly mission in engineering project check stage.In a word, there are many different investment control of constructive program. But we should make much of the design phase and controlling engineer before working, living up to make major of control before working combining control while working and control after working as possible as we can. what’ s more we control investment in constructive program in the whole process, thereby finding a reasonably and effectual way of controlling, for the purpose of controlling investment indeed.
