In this study, the use of systems engineering theory principles and natural sciences and social sciences combined, a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, dynamic analysis combined with static analysis method to analyze the internal and external factors in the impact of science and technology park construction, agricultural Technology Park Cascade mode concept, clear the basic functions of the advantages and disadvantages of the different levels of park model, and select the typical pattern analysis verify the development of agricultural science and technology park construction countermeasures. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. Put forward the concept of agricultural science and technology park cascade mode.
