Abstract


This Subject’s research is under the condition of computer and network communication technology development and usage extensively among international commercial field. The transmission of commercial information and realization of the business procedure appears a great deal of new characteristics in e-commerce, these characteristics have changed traditional commercial operation law and mode, meanwhile have brought some new problems, especially e-commerce customer’s credit risks are important subjects absorbed the attention and study in order to take reasonable precautions.The thesis proceeds with international e-commerce practice, explain the basic conception of customer’s credit and customer’s credit risks in the international e-commerce, introduce t he current situation of customer’s credit risk management in engaging the international e-commerce in our country, point out our bad knowledge, low efficiency, large losses in customer’s credit risk management led by customer problem, enterprise reason and social credit system. Then establish the shape of customer’s credit risks in international e-commerce, use methods like information economics methods and game theory to analysis and research the management mechanism of international e-commerce customer’s credit risks on this basis aiming at taking precautions against the risks, how to prevent, control and dissolve the risks in the different stage of management procedure separately.This thesis tries to explain the profound reason about the international e-commerce customer’s credit risks in terms of economics, analyze the core of international e-commerce customer credit risks through game theory and other economic opinions deeply. Hope to offer the reference to the precaution and management of enterprise for international e-commerce customer’s credit risks.
