Abstract


Obtained on the basis of a brief overview of the history of the reform of rural credit cooperatives in China as well as detailed analysis of its current situation , China 's rural credit cooperatives there is not clear property rights , market positioning is not clear , the high proportion of non-performing assets conclusion . In the situation of rural financial entities gradually shrink grassroots outlets, narrowing the range of agriculture , further reform of rural credit cooperatives, it is extremely necessary and urgent . In the process of the pilot reform of rural credit cooperatives in China mainly three modes , that is to unify the county - level legal norms as the main feature cooperative system , the formation of the stock cooperative system of rural cooperative banks , the formation of joint-stock commercial banks in rural areas . A detailed analysis of the pros and cons of each of these modes , and each mode reform Success Stories . On the basis of the Yale University Hugh T. Patrick on the relationship between the economic and financial needs to follow \the different characteristics of the different regional economic development and rural credit cooperatives around the management level to select the appropriate mode of reform idea that the economy is relatively developed eastern rural areas to form the rural Commercial Bank ; level of economic development in the central city suburban areas can pilot stock cooperative system ; for traditional farming , aquaculture possession the absolute proportion as well as the western old , less edge , poor areas , should continue to keep the cooperative system , but to establish the true sense of the cooperative financial institutions .
