Abstract


The motive forces which promote reformation always come from the pressure of survival and competition that are upgrading continuous. In hard condition, The management consultation of our country goes through initial twenty years, begin to go on the road to sound development. There are still many impeditive problems lying behind the appearance of high development of Chinese management consulting industry. Many consulting experts and scholars have brought forward many constructive opinions and ideas from the macro view and micro view. But they didn’t research the problems from the intermediate view. This is the background of my dissertation.Improve industry’s competitiveness of management consulting, not only need individual management consulting enterprises to improve the management, raise the efficiency, but also need whole optimization of industrial organization, and the core of whole optimization is a competition situation where we can maintain fully vigor and make full use of aggregative economy.Centring on this, my dissertation studies from market structure and market behavior, investigates how realize the effective competition by adjust market structure and standardization market behavior. Finally, through the comparative analysis of the industry development of China and foreign countries put forward how to establish and perfect the policy of industry organization.From the view of industry economy and the effective development of domestic management consulting, the thesis brings forward a new proposition: management consulting industry optimization, which researches the function of management consulting industry organization, and discusses industry organization theory’s application in the management consulting industry. All above make this thesis have certain innovative meanings.
