Abstract


Business professional and technical personnel are the main creators of enterprise technology and mastery , its important human capital status has been widely recognized in the enterprise . This paper studies the business professional and technical personnel performance appraisal system construction . Papers in the analysis of current business professional and technical personnel performance evaluation Misunderstanding learn human resource management on the basis of relevant theories and principles established to reflect the characteristics of professional and technical staff positions index system , using systems engineering Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to identify indicators weight. Established index system for hard and soft features , the paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the evaluation method of combining Scale build professional and technical personnel for the performance of enterprise comprehensive evaluation model , the performance evaluation results in the specific data that out, to achieve the performance appraisal of qualitative to quantitative conversion . In the study of performance feedback , papers will be business professional and technical personnel performance evaluation results to the primary indicators of decomposition , using the coordinate system of staff performance appraisal method will result in the coordinate system positioned at different locations , directly reflects the performance of the formation of professional and technical personnel causes and propose appropriate management ideas , so as to provide a scientific performance feedback reference information .
