Abstract


The rapid evolution and spread of information system technology during the last 40 years is challenging both business and IT management to rethink the very nature of the financial management. Undoubtedly, how to organize the financial management has been the focus of most enterprises. At the same time more and more corporations are adopting a new model: the Centralized Financial Management. But The traditional IT accounting systems are showing a lack of ability to structure the Centralized Financial Management, which originates in the failure to manage the ineffective collection of disjointed "islands of technology". The dissertation introduced a kind of centralized accounting system based on enterprise collaboration platform and analyzes the reason why the enterprise integration platform is an appropriate solution.The enterprise collaboration platform is based on mutil-layers architecture. According to the difference of functions, the platform is divided to four layers. They are application layer, interface layer, logical layer and core layer. All kinds of applications, such as ERP、 EIP、 SCM, are kept in the application layer. They communicate with each other through interface layer. Interface layer provides communication protocol and through the protocol all modules in the system can exchange data smoothly. In the logical layer , workflow System、 reporter System are kept to build strong 、 rapid-developing module for advanced users. The core layer is the base layer of the platform.Multi-layer architecture 、 communication between different modules based on interface, reusing modules in the logical layer are three main parts of the centralized financial management system. The dissertation will discuss these three parts in detail in chapter four. These three points are the main part of the dissertation. In order to be more purposely, the dissertation dose not explain every aspects of these problems, but pays more attention to those problems that perplex enterprises mostly and can be resolved by applying centralized financial management software.
