Abstract


Based on exploring the means about calculating flange’s general strength, this paper reconciled the calculating program about Chinese steeliness pipe flange’s strength checking under the request of the design about database, and using the up to data flange criterion as base database, combining the technique of FEA(finite element method) to check the strength of flange accomplished the Database System of Standard Pipe Flange.This paper has finished the project design of the system structure design of the program database design of the base flange data program and appearance design of the system’s six modules etc. under the premise of inquiring and searching flange base data and technique, this system achieved systematic standardizing automatic the flange general strength calculating, simultaneously, united the flange FEA analysis and the system of database organically, achieved batch flange FEA analysis. Successfully build this system, which simplified the manual project work greatly, and advanced the veracity of calculating, and avoided the subjective factors of manual calculation.
