Abstract


The manipulation of the securities market is consequential with the securities market. Throughout the world, within the scope of the development of capital market, securities legal system is to strictly prohibit and tough punish the manipulation. The manipulation of the securities market not only seriously infringes the interests of investors and destroyed the normal price forming mechanism, but also disturbes financial market order. In the early development of China’s financial markets, market manipulation emerges, due to the phenomenon of the securities market of our country started late and system construction is relatively backward, securities laws, regulations system is unsound, market manipulation once became fiercer. Along with the development of securities trading technology, new forms of market manipulation keep coming, we must improve the manipulation of the securities market of our country legal regulation system, to ensure that the development of securities market of our country is healthy and smoothly.Text can be divided into four chapters. The first chapter defines the concept of the manipulation of the securities market, and describes the types of market manipulation. The second chapter is about our country’s legislation in China, comprehensively analyzed the manipulation of the securities market situation of legal regulations, including the administrative law, criminal law and regulations, etc. The third chapter profoundly anal of the manipulation of the securities market in China, the legal regulation of the defects existing in China mainly reflect defects of securities laws, regulations, and a conflict between Chinese market manipulation in not design of civil relief system, and our country securities supervision of legal system is incomplete. The fourth chapter discusses perfecting the legal regulation of the manipulation of the securities market, including the suggestion of market manipulation of perfecting the legal system, improvement the manipulation of the securities market and the legal responsibility system of securities regulatory system.
