Abstract


Introduction Dyspnea is a common clinical emergency medicine , one of the common causes can be divided into cardiac and pulmonary two categories, both the etiology, treatment and prognosis are different. While there are many methods clinician , dyspnea but is still difficult to identify . Therefore, the search for a cheap and convenient indicator for the identification of clinical dyspnea is the current research focus. Brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) is synthesized by the ventricles , the heart of hormone secretion , and atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) belong to the natriuretic peptide family members , structure and function is similar to ANP, a diuretic , natriuretic , and antihypertensive effect of dilation of blood vessels , and antagonize the renin - angiotensin - aldosterone system (RAAS) and sympathetic activity in regulating fluid volume , vascular pressure and electrolyte balance plays an important role. Endothelin (ET) is mainly generated by the cardiovascular system active peptides , with a strong vasoconstrictor effect, and can promote a variety of cell proliferation. Between BNP and ET ??there is a feedback regulation mechanism of this interaction of various diseases with diagnostic and therapeutic implications . Purpose of this study by measuring dyspnea in patients with BNP, ET concentration and chest X-ray , blood gas analysis , echocardiography relationships , explore BNP, ET detection for differential diagnosis of dyspnea and efficacy assessments. Experimental Methods by ELISA assay and radioimmunoassay technique 15 cases of congestive heart failure (congestive heart failure, CHF) patients (CHF group ) and 15 patients with acute dyspnea non- CHF patients ( non- CHF group ) serum BNP levels plasma concentration of ET , and with 15 healthy adults as normal control group , while checking color Doppler ultrasound, chest X -ray and blood gas analysis . Statistical analysis: Measurement data (?) ± s said that a significant difference between the groups was analyzed using one-way ANOVA , correlation analysis between the data used Pearson correlation analysis, the statistical software SPSS11.5 completed , P lt; 0.05 the difference was statistically significant .
