Abstract


The origin of the death penalty from the ancient Chinese paper discusses the content and development of ancient Chinese death penalty , mainly from the death penalty applies this perspective in ancient China the death penalty, and on this basis propose can learn from and improve on our current death penalty . The paper is divided into four parts , a total of more than thirty thousand words .
