Objective: To investigate dermatomyositis and polymyositis clinical disease characteristics . Methods: A retrospective analysis of 43 cases of DM and clinical data of 16 cases of PM . Results: 30 to 44 years accounted for 50.8% of patients , male to female ratio was 1:3.21 . Serum muscle enzymes increased , more sensitive to LDH and AST , followed HBDH and CK, ALT and CK-MB lowest sensitivity . Have heart damage in patients CK-MB was no significant difference. Muscle pathology was higher than EMG . 3 cases with tumors , both women over the age of 40 dermatomyositis . 25 cases were treated in varying degrees after 2 weeks muscle recovery , muscle enzymes changed. Conclusion: 1,30 ~ 44 year old woman with a rash if myalgia , muscle weakness, inflammatory myopathy should be considered first . 2 , muscle enzyme more sensitive to LDH and AST , ALT, and CK-MB lowest sensitivity ; sharpest rise in CK . Elevated CK-MB can not be judged as PM / DM heart damage indicators. 3, AST is more sensitive than ALT, contribute to the identification of myositis and liver damage . 4, such as conditions allow, as much as possible for muscle pathology. For more than 40 years old, have a rash , myositis history of not more than four years shall also be wary of malignancy conduct a comprehensive inspection . 5 , after 2 weeks of treatment CK, CK-MB, LDH have become normal , ALT rose instead , consider the possibility of liver damage caused by immunosuppression , causing elevated transaminases .
