The tumor is a directly endanger human life in the world today is the most common and most serious diseases. In 1971, Folkman first proposed tumor growth and metastasis depends on tumor angiogenesis, the chemical signals from the tumor can be activated vascular endothelial cells in a dormant state, where VEGF is found to be the most important pro-angiogenic cytokines. species. Numerous findings, tea catechins inhibit tumor angiogenesis, and its anti-angiogenic mechanism is inhibition of vascular endothelial cell growth, inhibit cell adhesion molecule expression and inhibition of basement membrane degradation. Hypoxia can lead to enhanced expression of the endogenous VEGF in endothelial cells, endothelial cell membrane permeability increased, this essence is the acute response of cells to hypoxia, secreted by the cells themselves produce VEGF, but not enough to counter hypoxia caused excessive apoptosis of endothelial cells. Hypoxia can accelerate apoptosis of endothelial cells, causing endothelial cell dysfunction, and participate in a series of clinical pathological process. In this paper, in vitro cell culture techniques to explore the impact of the four catechins ECV304 cell proliferation and migration. The results showed that EGCG ECV304 cell survival is the most significant, EGCG concentration of 50 ~ 150 μ mol / L, the cell survival rate reached a very significant difference, the 50% inhibitory concentration IC 50 75 ~ 150μmol / L; EGCG influence the cell migration effect obvious dose-dependent manner, IC 50 150μ mol / L, EGCG may inhibit endothelial cell migration inhibition of angiogenesis; ECG the ECV304 role 36h and 48h, the IC 50 were 390μ mol / L and 370μmol / L; C and EC ECV304 role of cell viability in more than 80%. The four catechins at concentrations less than 75 μ mol / L, the inhibition of normal ECV304 cells little effect. Na 2 S 2 O 4 hypoxia law MTT method was used to investigate the role of EGCG on ECV304 cells intended hypoxic injury, EGCG on RF / 6A cell viability and EGCG on hypoxia-induced protective effect of RF/6A cell damage. It was found that under certain conditions of hypoxia on ECV304 cell viability, whereas a significant protective effect of EGCG on hypoxia injury, and the dose and duration of effect; 24h role of EGCG of RF/6A cell viability the most obvious, median inhibitory concentration the the IC 50 125 μ mol / L. The low concentration of EGCG 2 S 2 O 4 induced decrease in cell viability different degree of protection, and different concentrations of Na achieve significant differences. The copper ion is an essential trace element, the excessive accumulation or deficiency can cause a variety of diseases, including cancer. Tea catechin tea in one of the highest biological activity substances, with a variety of pharmacological functions. Catechins specific polyhydroxy structure, having a complexed properties with many metal ions. Found
