Abstract


With the further development of information technology, Web2.0 applications continue to appear. Collaborative learning has become an important mode of learning under network condition. Blog and Wiki-based collaborative learning has had a number of specific applications and research, but study about collaborative learning on the SNS is rarely. Compared with the Blog and Wiki, multifunctional SNS makes user have a better experience. How to build a reasonably open and collaborative learning environment in the SNS platform and how to make effective collaborative learning is still in the exploratory stage.This article attempts to introduce SNS to collaborative learning,summarize and verify SNS-based open collaborative learning model to explore the optimal way to obtain the purpose of promoting corporate training and performance improvement. First, study literature to describe the concept of SNS, theoretical basis and technical origins, collaborative learning content, the basic elements and learning strategies, to tease out the SNS-based design clue and lay the foundation . Then select the easieast and most wide-spride one in open-source platforms to verify the design feasibility and scientific of collaborative learning model . Combine with the advantages of SNS and collaboration learning, design open SNS-based collaboration learning model, and complete the installation of platform structures. Finally, based on the specific case of SNS platform ,verify the effection and resonableness of the model, analyse the results, pointing out problems and suggestions for improvement.The results show: 1、SNS is a application whick can provide effective services to the collaborative learning. First, the presentation and resource management of SNS is richer and simpler than Blog and Wiki . Second,SNS make user have better interactive experience. Third, SNS Organizes the discussion more rationally than Blog and Wiki. 2、SNS-based collaborative learning model is more reasonable. According to the designed learning mode, after accomplishing a case and questionnaires, the learning activities on the platform obtained the basic learning objective. As a new application in collaborative learning environment on the net, sns should be pay attention to do more research and exploration.Innovation : Methods of innovation, the first time introduced sns into collaboration learning in the enterprise.Use a more mature platform of third-party structures , enhance the effect of collaborative learning in enterprises where the collaborative learning is less used.
