Abstract


Current society has entered the information age, public figures along with the news media , the international network into the household , the size matters become a hot interest lies, all kinds of news media in pursuit of ratings, circulation wanton expansion of public opinion right , caused by the expense of privacy of public figures , various kinds of \In China, the relevant privacy laws in baking and there are many imperfections. The author attempts to legislate by comparing the current situation at home and abroad , starting from the legal and social realities of the legal protection of privacy of public figures and limitations for research and discussion , and strive to define the privacy of public figures scientific connotation and extension , in the protection of the rights established on the basis of necessary to restrict the principle of self-protection of public figures , the media coverage and public legal right to information necessary to seek an accord between the needs of social development and the rule of law requires the meeting point , provide a useful reference for legislators .
