Abstract


Jew is a great and legendry nationality. Brilliance, suffering , life breaking up without dying go through several thousand years. This makes Jew produce suffering consciousness ,pay close attention to the safe problem , which is strengthening and becoming Jewish peculiar national characteristic constantly in permanent suffering experience .The civilization of Jew produced reality ,equality and universal fraternity, on this basis. All these play a decisive role in forming of Rabin’s personality. Rabin’s special experience makes his crisis awareness strengthen further .The function with joint effort of a great deal of factors makes Rabin produce the peaceful thought and peaceful policy. During political career, especially in the one term of office as the premier ,Rabin’s peaceful thought can be implemented, which make the situation of the Middle East have basic improvement. The peace is no longer as within sight beyond reach as mirage ,but the true one comes.This text is divided into three parts:The first part is the main content about Rabin’s peaceful thought and the policy.The second part is original causes of formation of Rabin’s peaceful thought. Which include three factors: 1, Jew’s national experience 2, Jew’s influential culture 3, Rabin’s personal experience.The third part is original causes of formation of Rabin’s peaceful policy. Which include four factors: 1, geographical environmental factor 2, economic factor 3, military factor 4, an international environmental factor.
