Abstract


The ultra speed development of eastern economy makes enterprises among them face the hydroelectric resources in short supply day by day, rare land resource and workforce person who supply restriction of factor, eastern economy development faces the severe challenge and then. But east gather enterprise of district very difficult to break away from local intact industry chain and perfect related terms realize transregional to develop. Obviously, today, the competition is unusually violent , the competition of the market has already no longer been the competitions of single enterprises, but supply the chain and supply the competition between the chains.
