Engineering project is performed under the various natural condition and complicated social circumstance. It is a combination process of production and consumption with the feature of long last-time, vast investment, complicated internal tructure and broad external relationship, large -scale engineering project not only have those features, but also have its own special ones. It always involves different country, different nations, different political and economical background. The difficulty of normal engineering project management is not compare to large-scale one’s.As is known, self-contradict always exits in a project’s life cycle. Speak in all, both investor and governor hope the project can gain expected performance, whatever any condition take place during its building process; at the same time, they alse hope they can catch and revise any accidental condition which possible influence the last management result during this process, so that make a project goes forward to their hope direction.So, the key of a large-scale engineering project management is how to improve management system’s flexibility adapts to changes ability and Anti- risk ability on the base of keeping its total management target contant.At first, this text put forward a day-cost dynamic optimum analysis method and synthesize effect laying calculation analysis model with operational research theory.Then, the text introduct further the apply of the mentioned analysis models in large-scale engineering project management with the microlite-rock project of Chongqing zhaohua science and technology(group) share company ltd. At last,the text discuss simply our country’s large-scale project contarct and management condition and effort direction while comparing systematically three contractor of China. The United States and Japanese in large-sclae engineering project contract field.
