Abstract


The establishment of land market is an impersonal requirement on the development of socialist market-oriented economy. In recent years, with the rapid development of national economy, agriculture is becoming more and more industrialization, scale and modernization, so higher demand on the transference of space and pace about production factors, such as land, is put forward. In this context, rural land transference more and more general, and the problems result from this more and more multiplicity. It is important for letting land transfer rationally, making full use of rural land and allocating perfectly to settle those problems in the premise of household contract responsibility system with remuneration linked to output.The article define the connotation of rural land transference market from the macro, micro and middle side, and analyze the problem of rural land transference market on the base of some fundamental theories, such as institutional economics, market economics, and resources economics. It draw a conclusion that the develop of rural land transference marketcost-revenue model on principle part behavior, the article analysis the factors that will influence the development of rural land transference market. At the same time, with demonstration study, the article take Changji city as a representative example to analysis the macro, micro and middle mechanism of transference market. By deep study on the reasons of these problems, the article try to put forward some suggestion on system arrangement and policy to adjust the development of rural land transference market. It is also proper to make some theory base and reference for the standardization and order of rural land transference market in Xinjiang.
