Abstract


Job evaluation is the basic link of the human resource management , performance evaluation is a core part of the human resources management , implementation of the job evaluation and performance assessment of systems science , to achieve win-win employees and enterprises has important significance for improving the match people with jobs . Clear that the fatal shortcomings of the existing job evaluation and performance assessment methods based on a targeted manner proposed evaluation method to solve the above-mentioned shortcomings : AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method . This article focuses on the AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model constitutes its mathematical principles and examples, we demonstrate strong AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the job evaluation and performance assessment and operability . Meanwhile, the AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on creatively fuzzy clustering analysis provides a valuable reference tool for employee performance grade division .
