Abstract


Kelon air-conditioning company is the earliest production enterprises, but also the first implementation of MRPII enterprise. However, in recent years the company's rapid development, information management systems view of the lack of guidance, a variety of management information systems for their own array, incompatible, forming many islands of information, resulting in the management of confusion, can not meet the needs of current production . Companies often choose not to because of spare parts, spare parts shortages, low quality production lines and other causes of downtime, not only caused a decrease in the effective utilization of working hours, but also increases the cost of doing business. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify and integration of existing information systems and production processes, identify the causes and solutions to the problem, give full play to the role of production management information systems, and improve enterprise management level. The author at the beginning of 2005 the company's production line in Kelon for a period of four months of field research on the company's information management Kelon status of deep feelings, the thesis is based on this form. This paper outlines the history and development of Kelon Kelon information technology development process. Followed by a brief introduction MRPII principles and Kelon's MRPII system. Then described in detail the application of information systems Kelon actuality of Kelon MRPII system in practical application problems, and the cause of the problem is analyzed. Next Kelon information management for the status quo, for the transformation of information systems requirements analysis, proposed solutions meet Kelon status quo. Mainly discussed from two aspects: First, from a technical point of view, one from a management perspective. Technically powerful re-implementation of the new ERP system in the management of change management concepts and ideas to make it consistent with the modern enterprise management. Finally, for the reform to be successful Kelon information necessary factors are summarized. In this paper, empirical research methods, is the author of Kelon internships over four months later, through in-depth investigation and analysis were completed.
