Abstract


Since the mid-20th century , the development of GDP growth as the core , the human caught in the plight of the development . Departure from the Marxist stand , to analyze the concept of development and development issues since the mid-20th century , that the root cause of the problem lies in the development of one - sided pursuit of GDP, not the status and value of the person to give adequate recognition and attention . The resulting development is directed to the \Adhere to the people-oriented and development, and out of the development of the plight of human . In the new century, China has put forward the scientific concept of development , its core is people-oriented . This paper argues that the new contribution is to explore the development of people - centered development , adhere to the people-oriented development is the inherent requirement of Marxism , is the essence of socialism provisions , but also the key to solve the current problems in China . As the core of the scientific concept of development , people-oriented is not only a view of the world , is a methodology . It requires that we not only should the value of care is reflected in the ultimate goal of development , but also to reflect , in the process of development . Therefore, the practice must be people-oriented concept embodied in the system , but also reflects the specific implementation of the system . The only way to solve the problems encountered in practice in order to achieve a comprehensive , coordinated and sustainable development , in order to make the fruits of development to benefit all , really promoted into a comprehensive development and social progress while .
