Abstract


Along with the global economy incorporation development, the concept of enterprise quality is not only limited in the range of products, service and project quality. Actually, we pay more attention to the stand or fall of the enterprise whole quality business. The quality business not only recognize the quality of products and service, but also the creative profit which enterprise can bring to customers, employees, and society. The purpose is to seek the excellent management and performance. The excellent performance mode is a whole quality business model which is triumphantly performed by some of the outstanding enterprises in developed country and obtain excellent management performance.The article will introduce the concept of excellent performance mode, the core value standpoint and the main content of evaluation standard of excellent performance mode. Analysis the homology and dissimilarity point in detail between the excellent performance mode and ISO 9000 quality control system.. Explain the ISO 9001 quality control system is the foundation of excellent performance mode. Construe the relationship of the excellent performance mode and the enterprise core competitive ability. Enumerate the idiographic execution method which the excellent performance mode apply in enterprise. Introduce for how to establish the excellent performance mode in enterprise through giving examples and evaluate the execution methods.The above analyses explain that the excellent performance mode is an effective management mode that help enterprise to improve the competition ability and urge enterprise to pursue the excellent performance. The purpose of the article is to allure the enterprises to advert and research the excellent performance mode and obtain excellent management performance.
