Abstract

Rural economy , rural development and rural demography namely countryside , agriculture , peasant’s question have already become the hot spot of society, we can say, peasant’s question and realizing the social stability, economic structure strategical reajustment, realizing the continual, fast and healthy development of national economy and reaching the goal of building the well-off society in an all-round way closely bound uply . The ones that elected villagers were carried on, the factor that more and more influence villagers elect appears gradually too. Family’s force, to the infiltration of the election, the underworld controls the village policy. Family’s culture is an important component of China’s traditional culture. Family’s factor has been having certain influence on traditional rural society of China all the time . Three villages investigated, big family with very strong influence power exists , and participate in villagers’ committee’s electing actively in recent years, the ones that are influencing villagers to be elected in varying degrees are going on.This questionnaire sends out 302 shares altogether, among them the Yang s collects 102 (have two shares to become invalid), set up 100 villages newly, 100 villages of brilliance.
