Abstract


In recent years, as reform gradually thorough, the continuous improvement of the socialist market economy and further accelerate the speed of urban modernization process, the community as a constitute the basic unit of city, the city management, economic and social development of the more prominent and important. The communist party of China (hereinafter referred to as "party") in the construction of community street increasingly work to strengthen the party's basic-level organization construction, close the flesh-and-blood relation between party and the masses, consolidate the party's ruling foundation and an important part of the leadership. How to do well in the socialist market economy under the conditions of street community party construction (hereinafter referred to as "party"), better play to the role of grass-roots party organizations, both in theory and practice is a new topic. The author adopts the method of theory application and investigation, to QingZhouShi benefit all street office of shandong province as an example, analyzed the current street community the importance of party construction work and save any major problems, in view of the existing ideological understanding does not reach the designated position, party construction network is not sound, lack of institutional guarantee and other issues, proposed to establish "service-oriented" party building network system, the practice of inner-party democracy, promoting the ability of handling party-masses relationship, to discuss relevant issues, make the community party building work to better meet the needs of the socialist market economy.
