Abstract


With the modern enterprise system separation occurs in the extensive agricultural enterprises to establish ownership and management of agricultural enterprises , the corporate owners of capital in order to protect their own interests are inviolable , while required to minimize the direct intervention of the business , an urgent need for a set of the science applicable enterprise performance evaluation system to help judge the business situation of enterprises and development potential to provide objective, scientific basis for investment decisions and the appointment and removal of the operators . This article is to recognize this need , drawing on the theoretical research and practical achievements of domestic and foreign enterprises performance evaluation on the basis of a profound analysis of the history and current status of the development of Enterprise Performance Evaluation System of Systems Theory as a guide , with the help of mathematical statistics analysis Balanced Scorecard , the efficiency coefficient method , under the factor assignment method and scientific method , from the perspective of corporate equity owners , combined with the development status of China 's agricultural enterprises and operating characteristics , considering the many factors that affect corporate performance , in-depth study of China's agricultural enterprise performance problems. Identify existing Enterprise Performance Evaluation System defects explore propose a set of agricultural enterprises suitable for the development of China 's agricultural enterprises need performance evaluation system , in order to promote the establishment and improvement of the performance evaluation system of agricultural enterprises in our country as soon as possible .
