Abstract


Economic development is a long period of growth of the world economy . Simply put, the economic development is economic growth . Because of economic growth at the same time must be generated by the conversion of the structure and the level of welfare of the people , and the entire contents of which is economic development . Investigate on the cause of economic development has been the focus of attention of the economics profession . In the course of the study of the theory of economic development , institutional factors more and more attention of economists . System to promote the economic development of a country can be from two levels of analysis First, the macro -level, the micro level . The economic development of the system evolution is essentially a more effective use of resources . System and economic development of the relationship is one of the \In a sense, the origin of the system , institutional change and innovation , the national supply system are related to economic development . New Institutional Economics theory theoretical foundation for the analysis of the various factors affecting the economic development , to seek their intrinsic link mechanism , to study the role of Institutions and Institutional Change in the economic development process , come to this article core Conclusion: The system determines the economic development . The role of government is not to be underestimated when the system as a rule affect economic development , especially the government has a lot of the necessity and feasibility of changes through the establishment of rules propulsion system . 20 years of China 's economic structural reform is actually a process of institutional change . In this process , the Chinese economy continued steady growth ; reform as a complex system of institutional change works , it is inevitable there are a variety of problems . This paper combined with the actual situation of the developing countries , for Institutional Transition differences enlargement carried out research to prove that developing and developed countries , differences in China 's inland regions and coastal areas are mainly institutional differences , system bottlenecks so backward countries and difficult for the various elements of the region to be configured through the market mechanism . Of course , the system is not a panacea , but in the process of China 's market-oriented reforms , we need to pay more attention to the role of the system .
