Abstract


The Soviet socialist democratic system for the construction of the course left us with a lot of valuable experience and a profound lesson . This paper attempts to reflect on the construction of Soviet socialist democratic system from the perspective of the political parties , national and social relations , a point of reference for China's reform and improve the socialist democratic system recommendations . The text of this paper is divided into five parts : The first part is to define a democratic system from the nature of democracy , the fundamental principle of democracy and the three levels of the operating mechanism of democracy . Pointed out that the organic unity of the three levels in order to constitute the complete content of the democratic system , but the first to establish the reality of the socialist system in the backward countries decided the core issue of the construction of socialist democratic system , political parties , national and social relations . The second part describes the course of development of Lenin during the Soviet political parties , national and social relations , and pointed out that the the Soviet democratic system also is being constantly wandering and groping . Lenin in his later years thinking seems reasonable road to the benign development of the socialist system , political parties, national and social relations that these ideas , but his untimely death did not become a reality . The third part discusses Stalin, the Soviet Union formed a socialist model upside down by the political parties , the state and social relations , the Soviet model toward the opposite side of the democratic system ; period of time between Stalin and Gorbachev , Soviet socialist reform but a continuation of the Soviet model and repair . Soviet socialist model has obvious \Part IV discusses the radical reforms of the Gorbachev initiative to give up the leadership of the Soviet Communist Party 's central position and weaken the central authority , leading to social centrifugal secession ; said from the democratic nature of the Former Soviet Union is actually a step backwards non- progress. The fifth part in lessons and reflect on the Soviet model combined with the concrete practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics , demonstrated the construction of a democratic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the positive interaction of the ruling party , the state and society , and proposed to achieve this benign interactive series of basic principles that must be followed .
