Abstract


The country's development and social transformation, a new era of crime in the form of upgrades and new needs of modern law and order situation are on our traditional police constitutes a serious challenge. And as China's economic strength and international status of the upgrade, major cities in China organized large-scale events is increasing. In these large-scale events, security occupies an extremely important position. When necessary need to spend a lot of public security police, the public security organs of the activities requires careful deployment and comprehensive controls to ensure the smooth conduct. So how to deploy in the activities assigned police, how the scope of activities and participants for effective control, how to higher quality, more efficient security tasks to complete and so on are very realistic placed in front of each police officer. Major events security work is a big problem can not be ignored, from which we can clearly see that security activities as reflected in our current problems in policing mechanism. Now, with the popularization of information technology, the advent of economic globalization, countries around the world are seeking a scientific modern policing mechanisms, such as the United States conducted after 911 events.'s Police reform, the British intelligence-led police first proposed services and so on. China's relevant scholars have also done a lot in this regard the efforts. So for how scientific socialism with China's actual rule of law under the concept of building a modern policing mechanism, how the application of modern information technology to police reform, how to use the management tools to achieve rational allocation of resources of modern policing so are worthy of deep thinking and careful research. Based on actual work, from the application point of view, focusing on promoting China's police system and social development needs for security activities to adapt, adopt empirical analysis, comparative studies and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, in accordance with the theory and practice the principle of combining modern policing mechanisms tightly around the connotation and denotation, theoretical exploration and innovation, our analysis of the current policing mechanism and social development of our country demand for security activities incompatible with objective reality, and its main causes and roots were studied. By drawing on foreign large-scale reform of the mechanism of security police role in promoting further development, as well as modern Western countries and the development direction of police actually from a legal perspective on how to build our country's information technology, legal, standardized and scientific policing mechanism.
