Abstract


Modern Insurance legal system, the obligation to inform the insurance contract system has become an important part of the insurance contract , but the specific content of this obligation , scholars still controversial . In order to reveal the full contents of obligatory norms , this article attempts to the system 's initial origins ─ ─ UK insurance contract law to find the answers we need . In this paper, under the UK insurance contract law duty of disclosure as a research object , the first course of development of this system for a more comprehensive review . Then, we English contract law as a research tool , and the use of interpretation of law , legal history and comparative law analysis focused on the legal norms of the compulsory basic connotation and extension , will the old regime under English law were profound analysis . Finally , through the English law duty of disclosure interpretation and comparison of insurance law regarding the duty of disclosure laws and norms defects , we tried to inform the content of the obligation to fulfill the period , in violation of the duty of disclosure forms and legal consequences of several aspects construct suitable for China's current legal system the duty of disclosure .
