Abstract


Modern Leaders employing psychological science as leader of the important issues , some research had been based on an attempt to paper on this issue as a precondition for further study. Articles from the leadership of the basic concept employing psychological discusses leadership employing psychological meaning and significance ; detailed analysis of a healthy psychological process leading employer ; introduced the current leadership of the process employing a leader of several manifestations of mental disorders , analyzes affect the current leader of the employer 's social and psychological effects ; against the current leader employing psychological problems , scientific leader pointed out before the election employing psychological principles to be followed , more complete presentation of the leadership in shaping the health -related quality employing psychological Strategies and means for modern scientific leaders at all levels before the election the employer has a certain reference value.
