Abstract

After 30 years of reform and opening up in china,the vocational education has made a magor breakthrough and the modern vocational education system has been set up preliminarily and has made much contribution to our society. Since the fifteen plan,our county pay much more attention to the vocational education, made it as strategic focus of our education system.A Vocational School is facing the good time for developing,also it is facing the challenges produced by the economic development and the demand diversity of the more students.At this time training system of the school has been revealed much problems,such as imperfect training systrm, lacking of good training method,not fully considering the teachers’ professional development, without a good environment of transformaing the knowledge. These insufficient in the training system has limited the progress of A Vocational School.In this paperⅠuse the Double-loop leaning theory to find the deep problems in the training system. After that according to training theoryⅠput forward a strategic system suitable for A Vocational School.This paper comprises six parts. In the first partⅠstate whyⅠmade such study and analysis the background of this paper. In the second partⅠintroduce a training model produced by Raymond A.Noe,the Adult Learning theory and the Double-loop learning theory. I will use these theories to construct the training model. In the third partyⅠanalysis the present situation about the training system of our school,after that I think there are two reasons which cause the problems of the training system. The fourth part is the emphamis of the paper. In this partⅠanalysis the training strategy,the training activities,and the measurement of the training effective using the Double-loop learning theory. After thatⅠuse the corrected training strategy, the corrected training activities,the corrected measurement to construct the strategic training system. In the fifth partⅠmainly recommend we must build a loose environment which encourages everyone question the policy,the institution of our school. I put out five methods which can be useful in building the environment. In the last partⅠstate the shortage in the paper and what I can do in the future about the trainting system.I try to construct the strategic training system of A Vocational School in this paper. At the same timeⅠhope this system can be useful to other vocational school,also hope what can I do can rich the connotation and extension of the double-loop learning theory.
