Abstract

The shipping industry is the oldest and youngest industry is also growing with the development of scientific and technological progress and productivity, the ability of human beings to the use of the oceans. The second half of the 19th century, with the Western countries to the industrial revolution have been completed, ships sailing the high seas has also undergone a revolutionary change to the steam engine and the internal combustion engine-powered steel ships replaced wooden sailing. The context of this situation, this paper from a ship sailing non-traditional security point of view to proceed, focusing on one of the pirates and terrorist activities at sea, through the analysis of the relevant conventions, combined with the international community on this issue specific solutions Analysis looking forward to the voyage of non-traditional security issues unified understanding of legal protection and the safety of the world's shipping help. The paper is divided into five parts, preface introduces the traditional ship navigation safety will focus on the management of the ship itself, and that the development of uniform standards for the technical requirements of the ship, its equipment and ship.
