Abstract

With the rapid development of Internet, information security has become the most prominent national security in the information age, the core problem. After entering the age of the Internet, the macroeconomic environment and legal environment for the development of Internet information as the primary indicator to measure Internet information security, therefore, build legal protection as the core of Internet information security system has become the consensus of the world. More perfect security system for information security law is a sovereign state to defend its own security barrier, but also the primary means of safeguarding their own interests, so it is particularly urgent to strengthen the legal protection system construction of China's information security. Current, strengthen research on the legal protection of Internet information relating to national security, in ideologically help to improve our understanding of the importance of information security, in practice, will help strengthen our information security capabilities, and more good to preserve our national security. Chinese and foreign scholars have already started on the Internet for information security management legislation has been extensively studied. However, in the perspective of national security legislative status quo of China's Internet information security and protection mechanism proposed content specific operational recommendations on a relatively small, it is necessary to investigate this issue.
