Abstract


As China increasingly accelerated process of urbanization, urban housing demolition as an important part of urban construction, in throughout the country carried the day and night.It promotes the transformation of the old city and improving the urban environment and people’s housing conditions; however, the process of house demolition in the city, causing a lot of relocation disputes, and caused a lot of thought-provoking of the tragic events:Chengdu Tang Fu-Zhen roof self-immolation, self-immolation in front of Qingdao...... The fundamental reason is that China’s urban house demolition compensation system is inadequate, resulting in those who were relocated difficult to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests. If not properly handle this issue, violent demolition of the event will occur, the tragedy will continue to repeat itself, a harmonious society will be difficult to achieve.House demolition compensation issue has aroused widespread public concern and attention. In this paper, the concept of house demolition compensation system, standard, legal basis for the start, focusing on analysis of China’s urban house demolition compensation system status and issues, and learn from the foreign housing demolition system to provide a specific improvement of China’s urban house demolition compensation system recommendations. Full-text is divided into five parts. The first part of the Introduction, an overview of topics of the background, research significance, research methods, domestic research the status quo. The second part describes the concept of urban house demolition compensation system, standards, legal basis and so on. Part III describes the United States, France, Japan and other foreign house demolition compensation system and the Enlightenment. The fourth section outlines of urban house demolition compensation system problems and make a concrete analysis.Part V address specific problems and put forward a sound of urban house demolition compensation system recommendations.
