Abstract


This use of literature, questionnaire, statistics and logical analysis research methods,from the basic situation, the reason, management, security mechanism, evaluation, impact factor, culture and other aspects of the path of Shanxi college of Physical Education and training professional practice graduate status, to study.The results show that:1.University physical education and training in Shanxi province that the direction of the main research is research of physical education theory and methods,research of sports training theory and method,theory and practice of public health.The professional position in the cultivation PE teachers to university,campaign coaches and national fitness worker that with research capacity senior professionals.2.About 93.4% of the Physical Education and training colleges and universities in Shanxi province participated in professional practice.The way to opportunities for professional practice are recommended by instructors.Type of professional practice to participate in the primary to the undergraduate teaching practice, part-time coaches and sports clubs to improve their professional skills-based. Participate in professional practice site locations are graduate students the university and sports clubs.3.Purpose to Physical Education and training colleges and universities in Shanxi province master is involved in professional practice:exercise, and improve their ability to integrate theory with practice, to obtain work experience in promoting employment.The other is to gain economic benefits, understand the society and strengthen relationships.Did not attend due to professional practice:Because too few opportunities, the school does not arrange, no income.4.Organization of Physical Education and training college graduate is involved in professional practice in Shanxi Province is the curriculum requirements and supervisor independent arrangements.Attention on low-intensity training in Physical Education graduate students in professional practice.Graduate students for professional practice, a higher degree of satisfaction with the instructor.5.No special funds and incentives in the form of Physical Education and training college graduate for professional practice in Shanxi province.Need to establish comprehensive protection measures and incentives.6.Supervisor and internship evaluation form as the main evaluation of Physical Education and training college graduate professional practice in Shanxi province.Practical results and performance is usually the main evaluation, attendance and scientific research followed.Most graduate students satisfied with the situation assessment.7.Factors on the Physical Education and training professional practice master in Shanxi Province:Organization management and practice places.
