Abstract


The main theoretical perspectives of Becker 's subjective expected utility theory , the use of the theory from an economic point of view to analyze criminal behavior , from the perspective of the perpetrators , to consider the cost of crime and the interests of the proceeds , according to crime deterrence theory , combined with the actual data to explore the social , economic and other factors, changes in criminal cases , theft and violent criminality , three types of crime incidence effects . In this paper, 1985-2008 City of Liaoning Province, thirteen statistics for the analysis of the object , by constructing a mathematical model to analyze the data processed and verified after the conclusion . The study found : police expenditure per capita and unemployment and Three types of crime incidence rates have a positive correlation , while the divorce rate is only with the incidence of criminal cases and the incidence of theft crimes are related . In addition, the case cracked rates between three kinds of types of crime incidence has negative correlation . As for the prosecution rate , Gini coefficient , population density and per capita disposable income these factors , due to the different types of crime incidence of crime have different effects . Finally, I hope to explore a different angle crime , according to the results of studies make appropriate recommendations for the relevant units in the treatment of related issues to provide a reference .
