Abstract


The current population is Chinese characteristics, household registration system , to leave the domicile of the population live in other places a title . With the city 's rapid economic development in China since the reform and opening up , more and more of the population from the countryside to the cities by the economically underdeveloped areas flow to the economically developed areas , by the central and western regions to eastern coastal areas . Fujian province, one of the first in China 's reform and opening up , many of the province's coastal city of China 's economically developed areas , also attracted a lot of floating population from around the world . The flow of foreign population became an important force in the economic construction in Fujian Province , but because of management are not in place , the law is not perfect , human resource misallocation of a variety of reasons , the floating population to the economic and social development in Fujian Province brought many problem . For the above, the management of the flow of migrant workers in Fujian Province . First , the paper analyzes the background and significance of strengthening the management of the flow of migrant workers , and a summary of related research on the management of the floating population . Floating Population in Fujian Province is an overview and analysis of the main problems facing the floating population on the economic and social impact of Fujian Province , Fujian Province, the floating population and its management . Third , this study by analyzing the successful experience of floating population accounted for the majority of Shenzhen on the management of floating population , extract some enlightenment on strengthening the management of floating population . On the basis of the above research , the study concludes with recommendations to strengthen the management of floating population in Fujian Province .
