Abstract


Along with the deepening of China’s opening up,economic high-speed development and Beijing Olympics succeeded-conduct, the sport enthusiasm of our people was rapidly ignited. Nowadays leisure sports have become a fashion and the value of‘payment for the healthy’has deeply imbedded into people’mind especially the material needs was fully satisfied. The American scholar predicted that the developed countries entered into leisure society overall till 2015 and the developing countries was closely following. With the advent of leisure time, sports leisure, entertainment-oriented in some developed countries has become a trend. Teachers in colleges and universities are the national treasure and are mainly engaged in education and science research which lead to the lack of leisure time and physical exercise. It was also directly related to the implementation of the strategy of invigorating the country through science and affected the development of national economy and the rapid development of science and technology. Therefore, it has great real significance to study the leisure sports present situation of teachers in colleges and universities, as well as guide, improve their sports activities and promote the their physical and mental health. Based on the Jiangsu partial university teachers’ participation in leisure sports activities and sports consumption as a focal point of in-depth research, we find out the advantages and disadvantages and to provide a good reference for the teachers to a certain extent in this paper.The results of this study are as follows:1. It is found that there are the high proportions of sub-health status of university teachers and difference between male and female by self-evaluation.2. The value sports value orientation of part of university teachers in our province is diversified tendency; in addition, it is also found that the aims of participation of leisure sports have great relationship with professional title. 3. There are certain differences in the choice of leisure sports activities on the project. Ball type of project is the most popular, especially badminton. Their Club form was welcomed by the teacher.4. Some universities of male and female teachers participating in leisure physical exercise frequency is mainly concentrated in the 2~3 times per week; in addition, teachers per duration of leisure sports activities to 30-60 minutes maximum.5. Some universities teachers participate in forms of leisure sports activities to choose with your family or colleagues, followed by spontaneous groups of selected forms.6. Restricting the participation of teachers in some universities of our province main factors of leisure sports activities on environmental grounds and facilities, work stress, motor skills, etc.7. Average annual salary of sports consumption of university teachers in our province the proportion of total income is low; And on the sports consumption going to kind of sports consumption, purchase clothing, equipment sports consumption the share of the maximum.8. Influence factors of sports consumption of college teachers in our province can be divided into subjective factors and objective factors; in addition, different teachers of professional title vary on the sports consumption of the title.
