Sustainable development is defined as development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their development needs. Its model emphasizes that social, economic and environmental development, the pursuit of man and nature, the harmony between people. Sustainable development, including seven elements: ecological sustainability, economic development, clean production, social progress, intergenerational equity, international coordination and cultural remodeling. Therefore, competitive sports go road of sustainable development, the need to plan how to win the gold medal at the same time, you must also consider the development of sports in economic indicators, social indicators, resource indicators, and environmental indicators and other factors. In this paper, on the basis of research results affect Xinjiang Talented Athletes in the eight main factors in order to constantly improve the conditions for the development of the system, to overcome constraints to seek Talented system sustainable development; which improve the level of competitive sports, competitive sports to achieve sustainable development in Xinjiang and strategic goals of great significance. Articles Through literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics and other research methods, Xinjiang Athletes talents status was investigated. Mainly the following conclusions: 1. Surveys eight major factors. (2) training system is not perfect, scientific training level is not high; training program content more holistic, but plans fewer species; monitoring level is not high; Medical little oversight, training, logistical support system is not perfect; competition system still exist in not reasonable guide, led Training in short-term behavior, the implementation of the training program is also not ideal. 3 coaches overall quality is not high. 4 selection of the scientific level is not high. 5 scientific management level is not high. 6 less than ideal situation of students, regardless of the quantity and quality has declined. 7 project layout is not ideal. In this paper, the status and influencing factors, make recommendations and responses: 1. Establish the guiding ideology of sustainable development, the concept of changing personnel training. (2) Improve the quality and capacity coaches. 3. Establishment and optimization of sports selection and evaluation system. 4. Scientific proof, highlighting features, optimize project layout. 5 Coach of the progressive realization of teachers, coaches, teachers of. Improve teaching quality, and expand students to focus on schools and good tradition around the school-based projects, the implementation of resource-sharing with local sports school; to improve and optimize the training conditions, to create a good training environment. 6 Xinjiang Talented Athletes in the development of ideas: seriously implement the \Perfect new school as the center of three training network.
