Abstract


Regional economic synergistic development is based on the classic theory, including the theory of regional division of labour, system theory and macro-coordination economics. There is not oniy unified regional cooperation and joint development goals and unified planning, but also efficient organizational coordination and operation mechanism in this system. It is a harmonious society demands and material base, which benefit to acquire the scale economy of regional development, facilitate the changing access from "administrative economy" to the "economic zone economy", guide the regional economic development to accommodate to the world economy and science and technology environment effectively and reduce local gap.At present, there is following major issues in our country regional economic development process. First, local protection is serious. Regional markets is difficult to establish, commodities and elements is difficult to fiow freely and combinate optimumly in the area.Second, it is difficult to coordinate regional interests, the convergence of industrial structure is pervasive and is difficult to develop area comparative advantage. Third, regional economic development is hard to become scale economy of enterprises and regional cluster scale economy. Fourth, ability to innovate of enterprises is not strong. Fifth, regional development gap remains unsolved, even enlarge continuously .
