Abstract


Information technology is an important way to improve working ability of the public security organs. At present, China’s social security situation is grim, the crime has remained high, and showed intelligence, gang, flowing and so the new features. Only by truly strengthen policing informization to further enhance working ability, the public security organs can crack down and prevention criminal in better. Therefore, when the traditional simple application of message can not meet the actual needs, the public security organs must full use of information technology and strengthen resource integration, fully tap the potential benefits of existing information resources, the public security organs can meet the need for practical work.Relevance technology is a very important and of great practical value in information resources integration. It is based on the content of internal association between information resources in order to achieve relevant information resources with query, retrieval, and the other deeped using and analysising of information. Firstly, this paper proposes information relevance theory, defined the content of the study of the theory in policing informization, and have a in-depth study and discussion of the model and its representation. Then associated with the development of the policing information resources relevancing system, and closely around the actual policing demand on information relevance, have a comprehensive design and implementation of application of information relevance technology in the actual policing works.The one is researching and realizing two types of five information relevance models: setting relevance, same name relevance, standard field model, and so on three heterogeneous information relevance models; same field relevance, different fields relevance,and so on too same information relevance models. The two is researching and resolving the problem of inconsistency in data standards in information relevance, proposes solutions and to achieve the key algorithm the three most common situations for: new and old ID number conversion, full-width and half-width digital conversion, value and code conversion.This paper presents information relevance technology groundbreakly,detailed studies and implements the content of information relevance technology associated with the actual demand. On this basis, designs and implements the policing information resources relevancing system, to solve some of the demands on comprehensive application of information in policing works.At the same time,information relevance technology explores a new way of effective to integrate and apply deeply policing information resources, it will further promote the better development of policing informization.
