Abstract

The cult is a worldwide problem. Start from the understanding of Chinese and foreign cult, the legal concept of cult, cult crimes constitute a crime, the legal characteristics of the study on the hazards of the cult crime. In recent years, as the situation changes, cult criminal activities of new features, the the cult activities from the public underground and covert, criminal diversified, the development of crime the way to high-tech, intelligent use of the Internet to carry out the cult criminal activities are becoming more common. Cult criminal activity showing: political goals to further clarify, in collusion with the political forces, anti-China tool, members of the younger, better educated, to rural areas continue to penetrate trends. Governance cult crime is an urgent task in front of my government, to combat the practice of cult crime there are shortcomings: applicable law; cult's legal system does not systematically incomplete; the cult finds subject and procedures urgent need to improve the legislation and many other issues.
