Abstract


The mass incidents highlights the lack of credibility of the government , government at all levels in the fairness, integrity, service , and the rule of law , democracy have revealed the presence of credibility . Therefore, how to effectively prevent and properly handle mass incidents has become an important issue for all levels of government must face in order to enhance the credibility of the government . In-depth study of the relationship between the group events and the credibility of the government , not only can make up for group events and the credibility of the government study the theoretical number of shortcomings , and can provide useful feasible suggestions for the government to properly handle mass incidents and improve the credibility of the government . In this study, first of all explore the theoretical basis of mass incidents with government credibility dialectical relationship ; Then , analysis of the mass incidents with the government credibility of the development of the status quo ; Second , analysis of the existing problems of group events and government credibility debate certificates relations and their reasons ; Finally, how to properly handle mass incidents , to improve the credibility of the government , targeted suggestions .
