Abstract


Since the last half of 20th century, the globalization revolution of the associations accelerated the continuously rise of the non-government organizations in different courtiers. In our country, along with construction of socialism marketing economy and the deeply reform of administration mechanism. Non-government organizations are playing more and more important role in providing public service and increasing public interests. Meanwhile, they have made great contributions to promoting development of the economy, political civilization and the level of society governance.In China, with the gradually procedures of government predominant reform, the characteristics and paths of development of non-government organizations differ from the west nations. Based on basic theories of non-government organizations in China, the article analyses the conception and characteristics of both domestic and abroad NGOs. At the same time, the advantages and functions were also anylysyed, after the systemic analyses, the problems of non-government organizations of China have been pointed out, and after analyzing the reasons of causing the problems, believing that to accelerate the development of non-government organizations in China, not only the government but the non- government organizations themselves and the business enterprises should play their roles. So that, the development of non-government organizations in China will play more and more valuable roles.
